samsung galaxy note 2 , next to new, prob locked to 3, but can unlock if needed ?

Used for a week only so like new. Decided to keep my iphone instead of samsung.might be locked to 3, havent checked it,but if locked i believe it can be easily unlocked. In white colour. I will add a car charger and car phone holder for free. Any questions just ask.thank you Also i will add a phone case (not original one)
